I help women build strength instead of shrinking themselves.

Through training, education, and coaching, I help women develop healthier relationships with training, food, and their bodies, so they can show up more powerfully in their lives.

Hi, I’m Kait daur.

What I Stand For

These values come from lived experience, from learning firsthand what it looks like to move from restriction and punishment toward strength, confidence, and freedom.

growth

I’m a forever student. Building strength, in the gym and in life, comes from learning, refining, and committing to long-term progress.

integrity

I believe in doing what you say and honoring your commitments, to your training, your health, and yourself.

joy

Movement, training, and food should add to your life. The strength and power we possess is something to be celebrated.

freedom

Freedom in your body. Freedom with food. Freedom in fitness, and the capacity to live fully outside the gym.

my story

For as long as I can remember, I measured myself by how small I could make my body and how little I could eat. Trying to be smaller was all I knew.

I started my first “diet” at 10, convinced restriction was the answer. It took years of lifting and intentionally changing the way I viewed fitness, food, and my body to get to where I am today.

That process taught me how to train effectively, fuel my body without guilt, and build a mindset that celebrates what my body can do rather than punishes it for what it isn’t.

And now, that’s exactly what I help other women do every day.

One of the biggest lessons I learned was that less is more. I used to think success meant endless reps, endless cardio, and endless exhaustion. But the stronger I got, the more I realized that intentional, well-executed training, not mindless volume, was what actually built strength and muscle. Learning to focus on quality over quantity transformed not just my body, but what I was capable of under the bar.

Another shift was in my relationship with food. I went from constant dieting and restricting to fueling my body for performance, lifting heavier, hiking farther, and just living bigger. Food became my tool for strength, energy, and enjoyment, rather than something to fear or control. That change taught me that performance and pleasure can coexist, and that mindset is at the core of how I coach today.

Finally, I learned what freedom truly feels like: freedom from punishment, freedom from restriction, and freedom to fully inhabit my body and my life. When I stopped trying to shrink myself and started celebrating what my body could do, I found energy, confidence, and joy in ways I never imagined. That’s what I want for every woman I coach: the ability to show up fully, in the gym and in life.

Why I’m Qualified to Coach You

I’ve spent 12+ years learning how to train, fuel, and support women at every stage of their fitness journey.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and a Nutrition Coach. Combined with my experience competing in powerlifting, I know what it takes to help women build strength safely, effectively, and sustainably.

I’ve coached hundreds of women — from those new to the barbell to women confidently deadlifting 250lb+ — helping them get stronger, improve technique, gain confidence, and develop healthier relationships with training, food, and their bodies.

My credentials, years under the bar, and client experience have shaped the approach I use today: practical, empowering, and focused on results that last.
