Hey, I’m Kait!

I built LIFT with KD because I know what it’s like to wander through the gym, working your ass off and still wondering if any of it is actually doing something.

Now, I help women train smarter, lift heavier, and get real, visible results, without wasting time, second-guessing every choice, or burning themselves into the ground.

I’m a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, a Certified Nutrition Coach, and have competed in powerlifting, which means I don’t guess, I don’t chase trends, and I know how to turn effort into undeniable progress.

But LIFT with KD is about more than numbers on a bar.

It’s the culmination of a decade spent coaching women, unlearning bullshit fitness narratives, and rebuilding a relationship with training, food, and my body that’s rooted in respect, not punishment.

This is where most people get stuck, and where you won’t. You’ll follow clear, built-in progression so you know exactly when and how to push harder, lift heavier, and keep your body adapting instead of stalling.

Improved Technique

How you lift matters. You’ll dial in your set-up and execution of each exericse so you can lift heavier, target the right muscles better and make faster progress.

PRs, power and badass breakthroughs

No guessing here. Your questions, answered.

  • Gym access isn’t mandatory, but here’s what you’ll need to crush it:

    • Bench

    • Barbell + plates

    • Assortment of dumbbells

    • Cable machine

    Some exercises call for machines, but don’t worry, substitutions are always included, so nothing stops you from hitting your PRs.

  • We use RIR (reps in reserve), so every set hits the sweet spot for you. And if something still feels off, you’ve got direct access to me to tweak it until it’s just right.

  • No stress, that’s why I’m here! I’ll help you swap in alternatives and check your form so every movement works for you.

  • Macrocycles run 8–13 weeks, giving you time to refine technique, smash PRs, and actually see gains before we change things up.

  • I’ve been helping women get strong AF for over a decade, and I know this system delivers. Do your workouts, push hard, submit exercise videos for feedback, that’s how you’ll see strength, muscle, and results you can actually feel.

  • If you complete all your workouts with the right effort and intensity, and communicate with me (ask questions, track your workouts, submit videos for feedback, etc.), you will get results.

    But if at the end of 30 days, you have done everything above and found no value in the program, I am happy to refund your money.
