Your workouts are housed in your TrueCoach account, so you can access them on your phone wherever you go.
Each workout includes everything from your warm-up to your cool-down, and with video demos for every exercise so you know exactly what to do.

Complete & track your workouts
Keep a record of your reps, sets, and weights so you can make more progress in subsequent workouts.
This will also allow me to provide feedback & suggestions on them to help you make even more progress.

Consistency does NOT mean perfection or that I expect you to never miss a workout. That's not realistic, and not how we do things around here.

Who is LIFT with kd for?
✅ It’s for those who want to get strong af and build muscle, unapologetically. Build the strength YOU want to build. Build the muscle YOU want to build. Build the body YOU want to build.
✅ It's for people who want to improve their technique and feel more confident with their lifts in the gym. You've lifted a barbell before, but you know that having a coach review your form and provide feedback will help you get stronger and feel more confident with your lifts than ever before.
✅ LIFT with kd is for people who already lift weights, but need a little extra guidance and support. You could probably piece together a workout on your own, but you wouldn't feel super confident with it, and it's definitely not the best use of your time. You want to know what you’re doing will 100% help you get results.
Who is LIFT with kd NOT for?
❌ This program isn't for people who want a new workout every day and every week in the gym. Repetition is necessary in order to get strong and build muscle.
❌ It's not for people who want to finish every single training session lying in a pool of their own sweat on the floor. Will you work hard and push yourself? Fuck yes. But progress does not require you to beat yourself to a pulp every time you lift.
❌ It's not for people who have never used a barbell before. While you will improve your form for your barbell lifts + hit new PRs on them in LKD, if you have NEVER touched a barbell before, this is not the program for you.
FAQs

While you don't necessarily need to have access to a gym, you will need the following equipment:
An assortment of dumbbells, a barbell, a bench, and ideally a cable machine (can substitute for bands/dumbbells if you do not have one). While there are some machines used throughout, there are always substitutions provided if you do not have the required machine.

This is why we use reps in reserve (RIR), so you can scale the intensity to make sure it's just right for you. You also get access to me, so I can provide feedback and suggestions if something feels too easy or too hard.

Again, that's why you've got me! I can help you figure out alternate exercises if needed and review your form so we can make sure you're doing things correctly.

Most macrocycles in LIFT with kd will run from 8 - 13 weeks. This allows you to repeat the same exercises for a long time to help you refine your form and technique, get stronger, and build muscle.

I have been helping women get strong for over a decade, and I know this system and program work.
This is why I guarantee you will get stronger IF you do your workouts, work hard in them, and communicate with me (ask questions, track your workouts, submit videos for feedback, etc.).
