Meet your coach


While I had dabbled in the gym for many years, it wasn’t until my last year of university that I dove deep into strength training and using a barbell. 

And as cliche as it sounds, it changed my life. 

Yes, I got stronger and saw physical changes, but more importantly, it changed how I viewed fitness, food, and my body. From relationships rooted in punishment and restriction to relationships built on the celebration of what my body could do.

I knew I wanted to help other women feel the same way by lifting weights, getting stronger, and fueling their bodies properly, so they could see what they were truly capable of.

It is my mission to help women EAT more, LIFT more, and LIVE more!
