In October of 2022 I had a mountain biking accident, narrowly escaping death in the Squamish backcountry. I broke my back in 5 places which left me with severe chronic pain all over my body and incessant spinal nerve spasms.
In just 9 months, I have not only reached but surpassed the level of physical ability I was at before the injury. My skiing is better than ever - for those that know Whistler well, I also sent it off Air Jordan recently.
